these conditions are a translation of our general conditions in dutch. the dutch text shall always override in case of dispute.

1. copyright:

all designs and concepts are owned by designer lien baert / creativeservices.be bvba
the delivered design may NOT be modified, printed or reproduced without permission of creativeservices.be bvba.
we take the protection of our copyright very seriously, if neglected, we may bring legal proceedings against you.
this is why it is not possible to order a birth or wedding announcement card without the mentioning of '© creativeservices.be'.
 

2. cancellation:

a card from the collection : from the moment you have received a digital / online preview of the personalized card, and you decide to cancel the order 30 euro will be charged.
 
a custom designed card : from the moment you have received a digital / online preview of the personalized card, and you decide to cancel the order at least 60 euro will be charged.
 
once printed, the order can not be canceled,
no refund can be asked and the full invoice amount must be paid.
 

3. content:

the customer is responsible to carefully read and check for any (spelling) errors in the digital proofs.
 
final date of birth, weight and height are supplied by the customer
by email to born@creativeservices.be or text (SMS) to +32489720911
so there is no confusion.
 
the customer is responsible for complying to any license or copyright on all delivered text or image material.
 

4. color:

keep in mind that the colors of the online proof are different on every computer screen and may differ from the final color on paper.
this may be due to the settings of your display, the printing press, weather conditions, type of paper, etc.
as a result, the colors of the cards could vary slightly from extras like labels, wrappers or canvas.
 

5. delivery:

all printed matter or goods can be picked up at our head office in roeselare, belgium.
birth announcement cards can also be collected from any of our printers in belgium.
any shipping costs are not included (unless stated otherwise)
all our packages are sent as soon as possible with renowned companies such as Bpost or UPS.
creativeservices.be is no way responsible for any delays in the delivery! all delivery times are indicative.
 

6. payment:

payments can only be done through (online) banktransfer. on late payment delinquency, administration and reminder charges can be charged.
discount codes and other promotions are NOT cumulative.
the invoice for the total amount will be made once the design has been approved and the amount and options are fixed.
the invoice will be sent by email and must be paid before the due date.
we require payment of the total amount before we start printing or delivery.
 

7. extras:

when the provided space for adjustments is exceeded (more then 6 versions), extra design fees may be charged (this is reported in advance).
the design of extras such as special wrappers, labels or other cards are not included in the price.
the subsequent reprinting of cards has an additional start-up cost of 25 euro + 1 euro per additional card with envelope.
 

8. right of renunciation:

given the nature of the product, the consumer does not have the right to cancel the purchase. see point 2. cancellation for more details.
 

9. complaints:

given the nature of the product, any comments or complaints about the product should be received via email or SMS to creativeservices.be within 24 hours of receipt of the package AND before any use.
 

10. liability:

any assignment accepted by us involves only a commitment to make our best efforts without guaranteeing a particular result.
creativeservices.be bvba can not be held liable for any error (even gross negligence) of its or its employees, except in case of fraud.
the total liability shall not exceed the price paid by the customer for the products or services that gave rise to the claim.
with regard to services from third party suppliers, creativeservices.be bvba accepts no liability above or different from the liability that third-party suppliers are willing to accept for their products or services.
