when choosing a card from the collection, it is best to order two months before the due date, so there is enough time to plan everything carefully and without stress.
of course it is also possible to order a card a few weeks/days before the birth or even when the baby is already born.
there are no extra charges for this, but keep in mind it takes some time for our designers to customize the card for you,
and communicate about it, before we can print and ship the cards to you.
we do offer completely customized cards, but only when ordered well in advance, and only when we can plan your order into the schedule of our designers...

if you want something else (same style, of course), you can order a completely customized card. for this however, you must first request a quote.
click on the orange button 'order this card' on the detail page of the chosen card and fill out the form.
if you don't know the gender of the baby yet, you'll get the option to fill in two names (a boy's name and a girl's name), we will then make a design for both names.
if you are not sure of the name, you are allowed to enter a maximum of two names.

please read carefully through the conditions before you place the order. it contains information about copyright, right of withdrawal and cancellation
after receipt of the order we'll start designing asap, and within 3 days we'll send you a link to your personal customer area by email
where you can see and review the first online proof of your card.
if you want to change something after reviewing the online proof, just let us know! any adjustment is made within 3 to 5 working days.
in your personal customer area you can follow up on your order at any time.
once you're completely satisfied with the design of the card, we'll ask to approve the final design (= ready to print).
first, check all information about your order (delivery mode, printing technique, amount, etc.)
then read all text on the card very carefully, so there are no typos (phone numbers, names, accounts, addresses ...)
the date of birth (and when agreed also weight, height, birth hour and room number) will of course be adjusted after birth.
once the card is approved for print, it is no longer intended to change anything.
when you approve the card, you will get a confirmation by e-mail. this e-mail also gives an overview of your order.
after the approval, you will be invited to pay the total amount by wire transfer (only EU) or credit card.
please note that we can only start printing after payement has been processed!
after payment, we can send you the envelopes if you want.
there will be additional shipping costs for this.
now is also the time to order any extras:
bags for baptism sugar,
personalized boxes,
candy wrappers,
gifts or maybe a canvas of your card.
you can order all this from our little brother: easypeas.be (sorry, dutch only at the moment).
once your baby is born, you send us the latest data (name and date of birth) by email or by SMS/text to +32.489.720911.
we will always confirm your email or SMS!
also let us know the birth hour, weight, length and / or room number, if this info is needed for the card (only when this info is on the approved card)
any other change will in fact cause delays, because the design must be adapted and approved before we can print!
the cards are then printed and shipped to you as soon as possible.
the deadline is depending on the printing method (usually when message received on a workday before 10am CET, we print the same day).
also note any holidays.
during our own vacations, all cards are printed as usual.
while waiting for the delivery of your cards, we will give you a link to the online version of the birth announcement.
you can share this link instantly with family and friends, if you want.
